Karwan-e-Hayat accounts are professionally maintained and audited every year by a firm of Chartered Accountants.

A staff of nearly 100, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, male/female nurses and admin and accounts persons, assist the Board in managing the OPD at Khayaban-e-Jami and the Psychiatric Care & Rehabilitation Centre.
